Mickey Games

These Terms of Use govern your use of apps or games provided by MickeyGames.

Article 1 (Definitions)
(1) Service: All apps or games provided by MickeyGames
(2) Device: Smartphones, tablet PCs, and other devices
(3) User: All users of the Service

Article 2 (Agreement to Terms of Use)
Users may use the Service only upon agreeing to these Terms of Use. By beginning use of the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Agreement to Terms by Minors)
1. If a user is a minor, they must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
2. If a minor user falsely claims consent from their legal guardian or misrepresents their age without such consent, or uses fraud to convince others that they are of legal age, any legal acts related to the Service cannot be revoked.
3. If a User who was a minor at the time of agreeing to these Terms uses the Service after reaching the age of majority, such User will be deemed to have ratified all legal acts related to the Service.

Article 4 (Changes to Terms)
1. MickeyGames reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users.
2. The revised Terms will take effect upon posting on the Service or the official website.
3. By using the Service after these Terms have been amended, Users will be deemed to have agreed to the changes. If Users do not agree to the amended Terms, they will no longer be able to use the Service and must immediately uninstall the Service.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information, etc.)
Personal information and User information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy, as separately established.

Article 6 (Usage Fees)
The Service is free to use. However, Users are responsible for all costs incurred in using the Service, such as communication fees.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
The following acts, or acts that may result in any of the following, are prohibited with respect to the Service, whether inside or outside the Service.
(1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or these Terms of Use
(2) Acts that are contrary to public order and morals
(3) Acts that defame or libel MickeyGames or a third party
(4) Acts that infringe on the property of MickeyGames or a third party
(5) Acts that cause economic harm to MickeyGames or a third party
(6) Threatening acts against MickeyGames or a third party
(7) Acts that use or induce computer viruses or harmful programs
(8) Acts that place an excessive burden on the infrastructure used for the Service
(9) Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
(10) Any other acts that MickeyGames deems inappropriate

Article 8 (Disclaimers)
1. MickeyGames shall not be liable for any damages arising from changes, interruptions, or termination of the Service.
2. MickeyGames has no involvement in and assumes no responsibility for the User's usage environment for the Service.
3. MickeyGames makes no guarantee that the Service will suit the User's specific purpose, that it has the expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness, that the User's use of the Service will comply with applicable laws and regulations or internal rules of industry associations, or that there will be no problems.
4. MickeyGames does not guarantee that the Service is compatible with all devices, and Users acknowledge in advance that problems with the operation of the Service may occur due to OS upgrades or other reasons on devices used to use the Service.
5. Users acknowledge in advance that use of the Service, in whole or in part, may be restricted due to changes in Google Play's terms of use and operating policies.
6. MickeyGames shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users directly or indirectly as a result of their use of the Service.
7. MickeyGames shall not be liable for any lost opportunity, business interruption, or any other damages (including indirect damages and lost profits) suffered by users or other third parties, even if MickeyGames has been notified in advance of the possibility of such damages.
8. The provisions of paragraphs 1 through the preceding paragraph shall not apply in cases where MickeyGames is guilty of intentional or gross negligence, or if the contract constitutes a consumer agreement under the Consumer Contract Act.
9. Even if the preceding paragraph applies, MickeyGames shall not be liable for compensation for damages suffered by users as a result of negligent acts (excluding gross negligence) that arise from special circumstances.
10. MickeyGames shall not be liable for any disputes or troubles between users and other users.
11. If a user causes damage to other users or a dispute arises with a third party in connection with their use of the Service, the user shall compensate for such damages or resolve such disputes at their own expense and responsibility, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to MickeyGames.
12. If MickeyGames is sued for damages or other claims by a third party due to a user's actions, the user shall resolve the claim at the user's expense (including attorney's fees). If MickeyGames pays damages to the third party, the user shall pay all expenses, including the damages (including attorney's fees and lost profits), to MickeyGames.
13. If a user causes damage to MickeyGames in connection with their use of the Service, the user shall compensate MickeyGames for the damages (including litigation costs and attorney's fees) at the user's expense and responsibility.
14. MickeyGames makes no guarantee that game data, etc. will be accurately saved or that game data, etc. will be accurately retrieved by entering a transfer code.

Article 9 (Regarding Advertising)
1. The user understands and agrees that the Service may contain various advertisements and that MickeyGames or its affiliates may display various advertisements.
2. The form and scope of advertising on the Service may be changed by MickeyGames from time to time.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. The validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. The Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction for any controversy, litigation, or other dispute between MickeyGames and Users, depending on the amount in question.
